Frequently asked questions

What is a Jubiloo paint-your-own plaster kit?

A creative activity kit with a plaster piece to decorate — made for kids, gifts, parties and celebrations, from bubble-letter keepsakes to birthday party favours, baby showers and gender reveals.

What’s included in a kit?

It varies by product and is listed on each product page — typically the plaster item, paint, a brush and instructions. Check the product description before ordering for the exact contents.

Can I order personalised bubble letters?

Yes. Type the name or word on the product page and enter your details carefully before checkout. Once we’ve started a personalised piece, changes may not be possible.

Can I order kits for a party or group activity?

Yes — birthday parties, baby showers, gender reveals, classrooms and more. Get in touch before ordering if you need a larger quantity or have a specific event date.

How does delivery work?

We deliver across South Africa via Bob Go. Delivery cost and courier options are calculated at checkout from your address and parcel details. We don’t offer collection or ship outside South Africa.

What’s your returns policy?

Because so much of what we make is handmade, personalised or made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. Damaged, incorrect or faulty items are always sorted out — contact us with photos and your order number.
