Jubiloo is an online handmade craft business based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
We create paint-your-own plaster activity kits, personalised items and creative party favours. Customer collection is not available.

By placing an order with Jubiloo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are ordering with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Please check your order, delivery address, contact details, selected product, spelling and personalisation details carefully before completing checkout.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Orders remain subject to stock availability, accurate pricing and acceptance by Jubiloo. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for unavailable items.
Jubiloo items are handmade in small batches. Each plaster item is made using moulds created by Jubiloo.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in finish, texture, shape, colour, packaging or placement of details may occur. Product photographs are representative, and minor handmade variations are not defects where the item remains materially as described and suitable for its intended use.
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Please contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product, quantity, personalisation option or celebration date.
Personalised and made-to-order products are created using the information supplied by the customer.
You are responsible for ensuring that names, spellings, quantities, colours and other requested details are correct before placing your order. Jubiloo is not responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds for personalised or made-to-order items, except where required by applicable South African law.
All prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR).
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel details and courier availability. The total amount payable, including the applicable delivery charge, is displayed before payment is completed.
Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed. Once an order has been accepted, we will not change its price without contacting you first.
Jubiloo uses Bob Go to arrange deliveries. Bob Go may allocate a courier for a particular shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as courier operations and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery times. We will provide tracking information where available and will reasonably assist if there is a delivery problem.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Customer collection is not available.

Jubiloo does not accept change-of-mind returns for personalised or made-to-order items once production has begun.
For standard, non-personalised items, please contact us before returning anything. Any return must be arranged with Jubiloo and must comply with our Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is materially not as described, or appears defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photographs. Prompt notice helps us investigate and, where relevant, submit a courier claim.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Jubiloo kits are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Children must use products under appropriate adult supervision. Customers must follow all instructions, warnings and age guidance supplied with the relevant kit.
Products are intended for creative use only and are not intended to be eaten or placed in the mouth. Stop using a product and contact us if you believe an item may be damaged, unsafe or defective.
To the extent permitted by South African law, Jubiloo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights relating to unsafe, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
The Jubiloo name, logo, product designs, photographs, website content and creative materials belong to Jubiloo or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use these materials commercially without written permission.
We collect and use personal information only as needed to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers and operate the website.
Delivery information may be shared with Bob Go and the courier allocated to fulfil your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to future orders from the date shown above. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, unless required by law or agreed with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
